Payments

Beads Gemstone accepts credit card payments through our website using secure third party servers such as Authorize.Net, PayPal, Google Checkout. When you purchase an item with a credit card, Beads Gemstone does not see or have access to your card number. If you use PayPal or Google, your card will be charged the amount of the order once the order is placed, not when it ships. Some items are made to order and we appreciate your patience while the item is completed. If you order an item that has sold out or needs to be made, Beads Gemstone will contact you via email or phone if there will be a delay in delivery.

Please note, during special promotions Beads Gemstone may issue coupon discount codes.  These codes are not applicable with other coupon codes.   Only one coupon can be applied to an order.

Beads Gemstone provides gift wrapping for $2.95 per order. Our jewelry makes the perfect gift for any occasion and will arrive tastefully packaged.

Appraisals

Beads Gemstone provides free appraisals for all items purchased through us that have a value over $300, per request. Other items may be appraised also, per request.

Design Consultation

Beads Gemstone provides free design consultation by phone or email. Contact us with your special request and let us work for you. We design in yellow gold, white gold and Platinum. We can find just about any gem or diamond you desire. Due to rarity this may take some time, but is worth it to have the piece of your dreams!
